Sydney Tuten
Violin Teacher
Sydney Tuten is a homeschool graduate who completed high school early at age 16. She has continued to pursue her passion for the violin while prayerfully seeking God’s direction for her next steps. From a young age, Sydney was drawn to the beauty and sound of the violin, inspired in part by the Little House on the Prairie books and Pa’s fiddle playing. Scripture also plays a meaningful role in her life, including the verse, “He trains my hands for battle, so my arms can bend a bow of bronze.”
As the third oldest of ten siblings, Sydney brings extensive experience working with children and a natural ability to encourage and support young learners. Outside of music, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking, playing games, reading, baking, and participating in adventure sports. Sydney’s greatest desire is to glorify God in all she does, and she is excited to teach students to love the violin and find joy in learning and playing music.
